Counselling and Therapy

Qualified Bromley therapist specialising in anxiety, stress, depression, low self-esteem, work & relationship issues.

Counselling Services

Hello and welcome. I am a BACP registered therapist providing counselling and therapy and see clients face to face in Bromley.

If you are experiencing anger, anxiety, depression, low-self esteem, low confidence, relationship or work issues then I will be able to help.

The aim for my sessions with you is to help you to develop a toolkit which enables you to reach your full potential. For you to reduce those anxious thoughts, to understand yourself and to improve your confidence and self-esteem. We'll work together on tackling those unhelpful thought patterns. My approach in our sessions is always based on you and your specific needs. We proceed at your pace and discuss what you want to bring to the session.

I'd recommend we start off with a 20 minute phone call or zoom call. This will enable you tell me what is happening and start to explain why you have reached out for counselling and therapy. It is an opportunity for you to find out whether I am the right therapist for you. There is no charge for this as it is important you find the right therapist for you.

How can therapy help you?

Simply having someone who listens to you without judgement. Whether it's struggling with anger management or you spend too much time managing anxiety, counselling and therapy will provide you with a space for you to unload, to speak about the worries you tend not to share with anyone else.

I use a variety of approaches as a therapist to suit your unique needs. Sometimes this approach involves a deep dive into your past, to try and work out the patterns and coping mechanisms you have developed (often without awareness) and to help you update them to suit you better.

If you would like to discuss how we might work together, please call me. Alternatively, get in touch by using the email above or below.

Speak in Confidence and no judgement

In my practice I create a safe and supportive space. Here, you can freely share your thoughts and feelings without fear of judgment. I'm here to listen with care and understanding, offering a confidential environment where you can express yourself openly.

Feeling lighter

Sharing your problems can be a pivotal step in finding solutions. Whether experiencing anxiety or panic attacks, or navigating mood swings and depression, you are encountering difficulties and mental health issues that are impacting on your life. Talking with a therapist is a great way to kickstart a positive change in your life. Simply talking to someone without fear of judgement can help you feel lighter.

Change those patterns of thinking

Too often we are stuck in patterns of thinking which do not benefit us in our relationships, work, careers or social life. The aim from my counselling practice is to help you understand where these patterns come from and to work with you on developing new ways of thinking. To provide you with an alternative way of thinking and to challenge those damaging habits.
